All orders from Twisted Root Mercantile are processed with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Warm Weather Advisory
Our products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures.
Twisted Root Mercantile is not responsible for minor melting or texture changes during transit. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If melting occurs, simply place the product in a cool area to allow it to re-solidify.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Twisted Root Mercantile is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Twisted Root Mercantile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.
