At Twisted Root Mercantile, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully sourced ingredients. Because of the personal nature of our skincare, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nicoleelliotllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Due to the natural composition of our products, slight variations in texture, color, and scent may occur. These variations are inherent to small-batch production and are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues
Twisted Root Mercantile is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
